The Centre for Research in the Built Environment is leading a European funded project entitled “Sustainable Environmental Improvements in the Commercial Sector” (SENVICS). This project will continue until the end of June 2008. As part of this work, we are undertaking a survey to assess opinions on Environmental Management within the commercial sector, including issues relating to the lease agreement.
